We are OPEN! New COVID restrictions still allow for regulated health care providers to provide services. SAFETY measures continue to be in place and include: 1. no waiting in our waiting room 2. physical distancing in treatment areas... 3. masking required and hand sanitizer provided 4. thorough cleaning procedures between patients and regularly scheduled through the day. 5. TELE-HEALTH (think zoom, facetime, skype) is available if you are unable or nervous about coming in but still want evaluation and guidance from a physical therapist. We are working hard to keep you safe and help you get healthy ASAP!

Some exciting changes here at Excel for many different reasons! Dee is taking some time off to have a baby! We are so thrilled for her and her family and wish them all the best in the upcoming days! Don't ask us what she is having though...she won't tell! And we are also happy to announce that Amber Schindle will be doing some part-time work for us to fill in for Dee's maternity leave! Amber is a U of Alberta grad and has a keen interest in exercise based treatment, working with the complex pain patient and does needling as a treatment strategy.
