To our cherished clients: During the COVID-19 virus outbreak, we wanted to reassure you about what we are doing to safeguard you, your family and our contractors from illness. Our contractors are taking all the necessary steps that have been outlined by the Public Health Agency of Canada. Some of these steps include:... - Frequent handwashing with soap & water - min 20 seconds. - Our staff will wear rubber gloves. - Our staff will wear surgical masks while working on patients. - Our staff will continue to use disinfecting solutions that are designed for healthcare settings. We will continue to wipe down all of our equipment, door knobs, light switches, counter tops, sinks, etc. with these products as we have always done. What can you do? - Frequent handwashing with soap & water - min 20 seconds. - Avoid touching your eyes, nose, mouth and ears. - Allow our staff to get you refreshments and anything else you require during your appointment. - Limit your physical contact i.e. hugs, high fives, handshaking. - If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment for a later date. - If you develop a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, please contact your health care professional immediately. If new recommendations are shared by public health experts, we will reevaluate and update our procedures where necessary.
