We successfully raised $5,280 in support of The LIFE Program and Freedom Concepts to purchase an adaptive bike for a child with special needs. The Dream Ride Our team at Exchange Agency is so excited to announce that we are hosting a virtual cycling fundraiser event called The Dream Ride on Saturday, December 19th from 11am - 2pm! This event is to help raise funds for adaptive bikes for children with special needs. When these children receive an adaptive bike, they can ride their bike alongside their family and friends, giving them inclusion and joy. ... Our cycling goal is 30 miles and we are aiming to raise $5000, so we are asking each participant to raise $300 or $10 per mile from family and friends. As well, there is a $50 registration fee to enter but this, alongside all of the money you raise, will go towards your personal donation total. We are accepting individuals and teams to participate in this event. The Dream Bike Sponsorship Program raises funds from corporate sponsors to build adaptive bikes for children with special needs. ... Adaptive bikes help build leg muscles that these children otherwise wouldn’t use, not to mention they have so much fun riding them! Unfortunately, the fee for adaptive bikes are not covered by any government programs. Therefore, Freedom Concepts and their charitable partners rely on private investment. We are thankful for Clean Line Plumbing and Drain Cleaning for sponsoring Nolan’s dream bike. As you can see in the video, Nolan is very happy to ride his new bike alongside his three big brothers.
