Spring is here! The birds are chirping and the snow has melted! With the changing economic times, it is an excellent opportunity to upgrade into a larger property. The rental rates on our like new townhouse are now very similar to the two bedroom apartments. Why is a townhouse an upgrade? A few simple advantages.... - Space: Most apartments are around 1000-1100 sq ft. The townhouses are around the same size (1106-1274 sq ft). However, the sq ft of a townhouse is measured above ground only. All of our townhouses include an unfinished basement which is approximately 525-600 sq ft! This extra space leaves lots of room for storage, kids toys, christmas decorations and everything else someone needs to store! The biggest advantage over an apartment - you don't looks finished sq ft to store your christmas tree. - Noise: In a townhouse, no one else lives above or below you. Just you. There will never be another tenant stomping around on the floor above. - Density: Townhouses are the happy medium between the apartment and detached house. Most units have some green space to the rear (with usually a patio and fence). Every unit has two parking stalls plus visitor space. End result, less people per acre - Convenience: Did you know that our townhouses include snow removal and yard maintenance? Just like an apartment, you do not need to worry about cutting grass or shovelling! Enjoy your summer nights! - Utility Costs: Every townhouse built since 2007 have mid-high efficiency furnaces.
