You must adapt and accept the change and even embrace it otherwise you find yourself most likely without a job. The current crisis will force even the technology-challenged to migrate to video platforms such as Zoom. As much as it’s difficult to make these changes, you can take advantage of this change of pace to work on new goals and learn new skills. My candidate was rejected by my client ( the hiring manager) for driving during their phone interview. It gave the impression that they weren’t serious about the job opportunity.
