Happy first day of winter (and most importantly, the start of longer days)! Here's a few tips to make sure your home stays warm and cozy over the cold winter: Reverse your ceiling fans (pushes warm air down)... Clean your air exchanger core Ensure your eves are clean to prevent ice buildup Test your sump pump before the spring thaw Stock up on sidewalk salt/sand (pet friendly for the fur babies) Check your smoke detectors Clean your fireplaces before your first use Disconnect exterior water hoses Check your doors and windows for drafts and be sure you're ready for a winter storm (water, candles, generator, food, etc) What are your top winter homeowner tips?

The REALTORS put their homebuilding skills to the test this past Friday in support of Youth In Transition's 12 Hours for Homeless Youth event. To adapt to the challenges of COVID, the event has been changed into a monthly livestream. Deputy Mayor Steve Hicks and his family graciously took up the challenge to sleep overnight in the structure and join us in fundraising for the cause. Though we weren't able to attend an in-person convention this year, we eagerly tuned into EXIT Realty Corp. International's virtual award show last week. We're extremely proud to have been named #2 Highest Grossing Single Office in North America! Thank you to our wonderful team and our incredible clients for making it all happen! We're also thrilled to support Fredericton High School's Kats' Kitchen this month with our EXIT Cares program. In partnership with Fredericton Community Kitchens, Kats' Kitchen provides breakfast and lunch to students who may not otherwise have access. EXIT Realty Advantage is happy to support Leo Hayes High School's Feed the Lions program! In partnership with the Fredericton Community Kitchen, Feed the Lions works to ensure student's don't go hungry.
