The Expanding the Reach program at Scarborough Women’s Centre Presents an Interactive webinar for women with visible and invisible disabilities, titled: Nurturing Our Rela...tionships + Well-Being: During COVID-19 and Beyond! This webinar will take place on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, from 2:30 to 4:00 pm using the Webex Meeting Platform. In this webinar participants will learn more about: Personal and social factors that affect relationships Effective strategies to improve communication How to nurture their relationships during COVID-19 beyond! Real-time captioning will be provided. Participants will be invited to participate in reflective exercises and are encouraged to bring a notebook, but this is NOT required to participate.
