Core Strength includes muscles that make up the entire mid-section namely rectus abdominis (6 pack), internal obliques, external obliques, transverse abdominis, pelvic floor, erector spine (low back). These 8 exercises are designed to target all the muscles that comprise your core. Download any app that can facilitate an interval timer. The one I use is called Tabata Timer.... Set it to 40 second work and 20 second rest. Select number of exercises to 8. This single round will last 7minutes and 40 seconds. This is a highly effective way for training your core. I recommend that you do this circuit 3 times. Give 1- 2 minute break between each circuit performed. If you do this 4 days a week with a good form and technique for 6 weeks it would seriously do you good.
