Everyone is welcome to join in this final gentle yoga class honouring water walkers and the water around and within us - a body, mind, and spirit experience you boost your well-being and connect you with nature!

Come enjoy our water-themed yoga that honours Water Walkers who have walked around our Great Lakes to raise awareness for protecting water for future generations. We use gentle yoga to explore the importance of taking care of the water both within and around us. Lambton Heritage Museum
