Outaouais Red Zone Update: Our region has moved back into the red zone as of 8pm this evening until April 12. HOWEVER, bicycle service is considered an essential service and we will remain open for bicycle repairs, as well as curbside sales. We are open Easter weekend Friday-Sunday 10am-4pm. Temperatures are warming up the next few days. Do your part to help preserve our winter trails! If you’re renting from us during these warmer temperatures we can suggest some alternate routes. We also offer snowshoes and XC skis for rent if you were looking for a change of pace.

**We're STILL OPEN for Rentals and Service.** With the latest round of Quebec lockdowns, we are allowed to remain open for outdoor equipment rentals and service. We'll be closed Thursday and Friday this week as we try to regroup, but we'll be back in full rental and service force this coming Saturday, January 9th. As always, sales can be done online and curbside, and we encourage you to book your rentals online.... Thank you everyone for your continued cooperation and support.

Happy New Year! As we look back on 2020, it's been quite the rollercoaster for everyone. The pandemic has created a lot of challenges for so many local businesses and we are extremely grateful to have had such tremendous support from customers, friends, family, community and staff. As we look back, it was a busy season that saw so many new people on the trails and on the water. We are so thankful we could introduce so many of you to the great outdoors! We miss our Tuesday n...ight rides and our socials, but we look forward to bringing these and other activities back when it's safe in 2021. And they will be stronger and better than ever! Fat Bike conditions are pretty mint right now. We've got a few rentals remaining for tomorrow (Wednesday, Dec 30) and Thursday, December 31. Book online and hit the trails from our shop! **You can also rent New Years Day. Pick up the afternoon of Dec 31 and return by 10am Jan 2. Call for details.

Our region moves to a Red zone tonight, but we're doing okay! We will remain open for retail, service and rental operations as per government guidelines. Retail stores are allowed to remain open and outdoor activities carried out individually or in pairs are permitted, provided that participants respect the health guidelines in effect. We will continue to ensure that all of our guests respect public health guidelines and make your experience with us the safest possible. HAPPY 5TH BIRTHDAY TO US!!! Holy crap we made it! They say the first five years are the most difficult...we could never have imagined experiencing such challenging times with a pandemic in our 5th year. Times are different now for sure, but we've made it this far and we plan to be around for a long time! What a first five years it's been! ... We've grown our Tuesday night MTB rides to over 50 people a week! We've seen the youth in the village learn about bikes and get into the sport. We sent young Griffin to Bike Mechanic college! We've watched the kids in the Community grow up! We've seen the development of a great local trail network thanks to the help of the Ottawa Mountain Bike Association and the National Capital Commission and hard work from local volunteers! We founded Femme Vélo, a ladies-only pedal and paddle event! We've put literally thousands of people and groups on our beautiful Gatineau River! We have brought Fat Biking to Wakefield! We've run camps, halloween contests, Canada Day’d, Farm Hopped and may other events! Most importantly, we've had the opportunity to meet and get to know so many of you in the village and from Ottawa and afar!
