Since the beginning of time customer service teachings preached the Customer is always right, and 99.9% of the time that is still true today and always will be. I fundamentally believe that customer satisfaction is the most important component of any service transaction. It is up to the provider to make sure that their customer is completely satisfied. A satisfied customer will return for repeat service when needed and will bring or send friends to you.
