Good evening everyone, We want to thank all of our families and followers for your support over this past year. We truly appreciate it! Unfortunately we are sad to share the news that Explorers Day Home has recently closed it doors until further notice. As the owner and operator at Explorers, I have some health concerns that need to be addressed and I will be taking some time to recover. ... I want to express my appreciation for the support and understanding of those families I had the pleasure of working with! We are truly going to miss you and we wish you all the best!!

Another week of fun and exploration has passed This week at Explorers the children; -painted with fly swatters... -shaped and moulded clay -explored the slimy texture of water and cornstarch -experimenting with baking soda, vinegar and coloured water -stamping and bingo dabbers on a different surface -developing fine motor skills, sorting and colour recognition using tongs, corks and Pom poms - exploring the outdoors and enjoying water play and our playground close by See more

Each day is a new adventure and we enjoy watching and being a part of each child's progress!

We apologize for falling behind on our updates at Explorer's! The past few weeks we've been busy exploring some more of our new materials that encourage the children to use their creativity and imagination. When providing children with open ended materials to investigate and explore, the opportunities for learning through play are endless!
