Many Salons will reopen this weekend Please be patient and kind to your stylists while they navigate there way back They Cant wait to see u ... Things will be very different going forward. What can CLIENTS do to help salons navigate a new 'normal' you ask? Know you were missed terribly and your stylists is grateful for your return.... Know safety measures were created for all involved. Know the importance of coming alone, extra friends/kids/family will not be permitted Know your stylist cannot physically work 16 hour days 7 days a week, rest is essential for all.. Know your initial services will take more time. Know that coming in sick is not an option, period Know that walk-ins will not be an option - we will start with by appointment only. Know that rescheduling hundreds of clients will take time... Know that when you arrive you will need to wait until your stylist gives you the go ahead before entering the salon, you may be permitted to sit outside in your car as our waiting area will not be available. Know that your stylist is thrilled to see you but doesn't want or need a hug, your presence is the best hug ever. Know that your health is the biggest concern. Know that your stylist may choose to open at a later date than needed, being respectful of that decision. Know your stylist has already lost thousands of and has no desire to replace it with a ventilator for either of you, be patient. Know that if your health is already high risk, you need to wait longer, your health is more important than what your hair looks like.. Know that a 'soft opening ' will be anything but soft. Know that your opinion of the entire situation won't change laws and rules necessary for everyone's safety are, keep the conversation to beauty and how we can make you beautiful Know that while trying to connect with your stylist there are hundreds of others attempting the same thing, responses will be slow coming as your stylist is preparing everything and answering everyone simultaneously Know, above all else, no one is more excited about your arrival than your stylist- help make it the best appointment ever!!! Together we can make this work safely for all

Time to get back to work! We are very excited to start seeing clients again! Things will be a little different in the salon moving forward. As we have said before we will be calling clients that have missed appointments starting March 18th and so on. These appointments will start being booked Thursday. Please wait for us to reach out to you. We will work as fast as we can to get this done. As for clients with out appointments you can send us an email at [email protected] and we will answer as soon as we can. Again please be patient! The salon will officially open Monday June 15th to allow us to get ready for all the changes and bookings. Clients coming to the salon for appointments will need to wear a mask at all times. Please bring your own mask to eliminate as much waste as possible. Masks will be available for those who don’t have one. When you arrive for your appointment you will be let in once the previous client has left and disinfecting and sanitization is done. We need everyone’s patience in this matter because this will create more time added to each appointment. There will be no walk in appointments at this time. Please also be aware that only one person is to come for an appointment. Please don’t bring friends or family. Also limit your personal belongings. When entering the salon we will need you to disinfect your hands with hand sanitizer that we will supply. If you are showing any symptoms of Covid-19 your appointment will have to be rescheduled at a later date. If you have travelled outside of the country less than 14 days prior to appointment you will have to wait to schedule an appointment. Please be sensitize and aware of these rules! We want to continue working to help everyone stay safe. We will not be doing blow dry’s at this time to help reduce the airflow in the salon. This is to keep everyone safe and healthy. We will do our best to get as many clients seen as quickly and safely as possible. Really looking forward to seeing everyone and moving forward. It is with a heavy heart I have to announce the loss of a great stylist. Jasmine has taken a new step in her carrier and is opening up her own salon at her home. We will miss her very much and wish her all the best! I want to keep everyone informed of the changes so it doesn’t come as a surprise to her clients when we are able to open back up. We will do our best to accommodate all clients as best we can but will also let anyone looking to know how to book with her how t...o do so. Jasmine and myself plan to keep an open line of communication to make sure everyone is happy and taken care of. Jasmine has been with the salon for so long and was a great employee.
