Wooed my love, I rest in thee, emerging from the golden fields, working the soil of my expression with tender intimacy. Looking within, held in your warm glow. I know you see me. The soil is rich and full of new life. I am taking stock in its middle. You are nurtured happiness in flow. Joyfully dancing, tenderly holding me. One heart with a face resting in the garden and giving it’s tender care to the seeds.

I went to the Community Arts Exchange this Friday and Saturday to connect with other Community Artist. We had a very fruitful dialog on DesignJustice in one of the workshops and a great interactive theatre presentation by I-human youth service.

A clients artwork during a Mandala Painting workshop with women where we just used our hands and fingers. This one reminds me that the heart is first. The women found words to describe what mattered to them in it.
