A BIG shout-out to our team for putting in many extra hours, as well as to our clients for their patience during these storms! We ran on generator power for 5 hours yesterday, and have handled almost TWICE as many calls as usual over the past 24hrs. Many of our clients are still without power this morning as crews attempt to catch up. Be aware, be safe, and thank a lineman!!

A guard is working alone and didn't check in with us on the hour like he should have. We called him to ensure he is safe, but he didn't answer. We have now contacted the appropriate people to go to the site and check on him in person to ensure he is okay.

Caller is trapped in the elevator on the 7th floor and the doors won't open. We will notify the technician immediately and reassure the caller that help is on the way, and that they will be out of there soon.

At Thanksgiving we salute our Extend team members who miss their own holiday time so that our Clients can have theirs. We are ALWAYS here, answering phone calls and emails, figuring out what is urgent and what can wait, dispatching critical information to those who need it, booking call-backs or later appointments for those who can wait. A restaurant manager has found they have a leaking pipe on their glass washer. We will notify the service team to come by right away!

Caller needs an urgent farm visit from the veterinarian as their horse is not feeling well. We will notify the on-call veterinarian right away, and they should be there within the hour!

Caller has a service appointment on Saturday morning and they need to reschedule, but the office has already left for the day. No need to worry! We will ensure the service department is notified and have them follow up to arrange the service for another time.
