As the Holiday Season approaches and we are getting many many requests for visitation increase we need to share the following information regarding visitation regulations . These guidelines are established by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care and they will be strictly enforced throughout the holiday season All staff and visitors must always comply with universal masking and must properly wear a surgical/procedure mask for the entire duration of their shift/visit. Thi...s is required regardless of whether the LTCH is in an outbreak or not. o Visits should be pre-arranged. Please call to book a visitation appointment (705) 567-3268 ext 246 - THERE WILL BE NO VISITATIONS ON CHRISTMAS DAY o Must only visit the resident they are intending to visit, and no other resident. They must have their mask on the entire visit , and maintain the mandatory 2 meter social distancing standard. o Visitors Must provide hard proof (Paper/photo) that they have been tested negative for COVID 19 in the previous 14 days at an approved testing facility at the screening station . Visitors will be screened upon entrance and again upon exit
