Happy 102nd birthday to Viora! When we asked Viora what the secret to living a long life is, she said, Make sure you work hard but also let yourself live. Her advice to the younger generations would be, Be smart, but if you don’t know what to do, listen to your elders. Please wish her a happy birthday below!

We enjoyed painting some butterfly canvases the other day. These make for a great hanging decoration!

Last week, Doreen celebrated her 100th birthday When we asked her what the secret to living a long life is, she said There’s two things: Learn to be content with what you have, and to always have a sense of humour and to laugh at yourself. Doreen went on to say that physically she feels 100, but mentally she is lucky to feel 25! Feel free to wish her a Happy Birthday below.

Our residents have really been enjoying our beautiful back yard this year! They have put hard work into planting and watering our gardens. This year we are growing tomatoes, cucumbers and different herbs to use in the kitchen, as well as a beautiful array of flowers.
