Great easy, powerful workout!

In Nova Scotia, the Premier has told the people to "Stay the Blazes home"..and now there have been sold I believe 5,700 t-shirts, and there's a new beer by that name. The proceeds from the sale of these products is being donated in the cause of this virus...... Such an amazing way of making lemonade from the lemons the Universe has given us... Great job to many creative minds....
