3 month job over 300 hours. We had to remove two fuel tanks and cut the floor out with out damaging the non skid. So lots of pre measuring. Had to cut out the aluminum tanks. Had two custom tanks built. No wood in this boat. So custom braces were built to hold the floor once it went back together. Two part foam was re installed. Davinasil foam boards were cut to size and Fiberglass in place to hold the tanks in place. Build custom tabbing and mount under floor and let hang ps...s to hold the piece of floor we were re installing. Cut materials and Fiberglass we did it in three different stages to stop shrinkage down the road. Fair out all the Fiberglass. Colour match Gelcoat strand fills. Then fair out. Mask boat. Heavy gelcoat spray. Fair out. Wetsand and polish. Re mask for non skid. And to make this look as stock as possible we did a roll on non skid to stop slipping for there customers. So this was a cool build for long tome customers. Super happy with the finish product See more

Dustless abrasive bottom paint removal

5 month project with two guys 8 hours a day. She had the unfortunate luck at being at a fuel dock when another boat blew up and she was badly damaged in a fire. The new owner entrusted us to take on this massive project. We took to removing all hardware and stainless parts and probably a solid month of grinding alone. Then the crew just picked on one area at the times and completely re matted all the burnt damage with multiple hours of fairing. Then colour match Gelcoat stran...d fills started and again hours and hours of fairing. Then the sprays happened. And hours of Wetsanding then the polishing came out. We re install all new plastic rub strip and wetsanded the stainless moulding and polished them. Sealed the runstrip. Once done everything we decided to pressure wash her and took to a major cleaning and polishing all the stains off off her and windex all the windows. Wash her. Splash down this Monday. See more

Crazy custom job. Install a under lift. Had custom Fiberglass boards made. Cut to size. Measure and cut lower swimgrid apart. Build a custom box. And Fiberglass it into the meridian. All finished gelcoat. Customer install the rig. This is the biggest job we have ever done Flagship Job. We can’t Thank the Owner for this Opportunity.

Multiple different colours. Base is black metal flake. Then purple metal flake top off with black pearl clear. Fiberglass repaired. Gelcoat strand filled. Had to import all the products out of USA. Remove the dash and window. Replace emblems. And rub strip. And stainless. 2 week repair with drying times. Predrill the new plastic moulding to line up with the original screw holes in the boat.

And then there is that day when our son is doing his first spraying in the mould with a gelcoat sprayer. Of which he has prep the molds. He is so excited to learn everything here. His plan is. This was a cool job. This boat got caught up in a storm and the anchor chain did all this damage actually cut the top off and completely destroyed the factory mounting flanges. So Fiberglass and fairing. Gelcoat and fairing to this finish product. Replace the rigid moulding and stainless insert. Had the pulpit repaired. Had the railing cut and a new piece welded in. New pin stripes. Painted name by sign painter and new k numbers. Gelcoat colour match repair. Pick up and delivery was done by Extremefiberglass as to help customer with costs. Welcome Andrew to Extreme Fiberglass. He showed up couple weeks ago. Has work in the Fiberglass field at local truck Repair shop 9 years. Now we have 8 guys at the shop and two guys at Stones boat yard on a very large project. We will be going to a Extreme Level and get our Customers in and out. My interest has always been the shop. We are fully booked all February / March already and half full rest months to may. We have a updated New website of which has already received two contacts. Having this large crew will let me keep driving around and looking at quotes and Customers boats that it is way easier for me to go look then have them get all dirty just to view. Repairing a busted pulpit. We adapted a newer pulpit on this Grady. Had to repair the delamb from trying to remove it. Sica would not let go. Repaired outer holes We had to re spray gelcoat and get it to the proper colour. We colour matched the gelcoat. All new hardware as the other half is in the ocean.

Fix up all the busted up Fiberglass. This was job was a puzzle. As it moved in so many places.we had to figure out how to move all back to were it belonged. Had to go inside remove the dash.Jack it. Strap it. Square. Tab it. Glass it. Now she’s ready for. #tomsautobody

First time New Customer. Owner #CityTile. Brought his boat to us chalky white and badly faded black gelcoat. We wetsanded complete boat and made her beautifully shiny. Then did all the repairs. Two gelcoat colour match repair. Owner is Extremely happy. Removed rub strip to repair back corner. Some Fiberglass repairs. And sanded the bottom. New CSC Bottom paint.

Insurance transom re build. For #stonesboatyard 3 gelcoat colour match repair. Cut tub out and cut floor out remove rotten transom. Cut and fit new wood. Resin boards. Fiberglass back together and finish her back to factory specs.

Nanook lodge. Fishing Machine came in with a water leak from a strike in the water. From what we seen when it came in to what it turned into was a giant previous repair not done properly and was full of bondo and no Fiberglass of any type. 12 feet long both strikes. We Fiberglass them and faired them out. Gelcoat fill and fairing. Only gelcoat thicken strand fill no fillers. Fair out and epoxy covered. Finished in bottom paint.

This trailer was destroyed. A tree fell on it. And no insurance. We repaired on both sides. Back to factory spec. Had a local body shop repaint it as it was painted. #tomsautobody #MBSIGNS re did the stripes. Super happy owner.

Winter storm damaged against dock. Hardest colours to match. Had to repair damage in Fiberglass and fair out. Gelcoat fill. Spray complete side of boat and blend on a body line. Wetsand and polish to original shape. Once finished haul boat and drive her back to Moorage.

Removed was a gas powered sail drive. Replaced with Electric sail drive. We had to custom build a pocket for this to sit on. Sail drive installed by stones boat yard.

Grand Banks hit a log. Repaired brass trim and re Fiberglass and finish in gelcoat. Touch up boot stripe. Touch up bottom paint

Repaired a expensive muffler for a sailboat. Replaced one hose barb. Touch up with colour match Gelcoat

Restore gelcoat. Wet sanding some gelcoat blue and white repairs. Removed all the snaps and standsions. Got her back to almost new with out a re spray of gelcoat. Kept costs the customer could afford looks sweet keel guard installed.

Total restoration on the Classic Ski Machine 77 hours of Wetsanding and repairing black gelcoat scraps and scratches. Polished and detailed at a local Auto Spa. Boat looks brand new. Extremely happy Owners

Completely re did the whole top of this boat. Removed Upolstrey and rebuilt the lid over the engine and had it repaired re Upolstrey. Open up every crack remove every vent,snap,repaired in gelcoat colour matched strand fill. Re sprayed and wetsanded the complete top. Polish to factory original condition. 3 week project. Polish the sides to make her look beautiful

Massive side impact Collision. We had to remove all the Upolstrey and amp rack lights wiring. Remove trim rub rail. Inside out repairs to hide and make it like it never happened. Black metal flake clear gelcoat was a nightmare to match because it wasn’t like a metal flake lay up. The metal flake was dusting. To match we did it 3 times. Also all the green gelcoat all around the metal flake. End results. Extreme end result. Perfect match. Super happy Customer from Victoria Shop crew did a amazing job.

Massive Osmosis’s job from Alberni Marine. 30 Foot Commander It came with bottom paint striped off and most of the spots opened up. We ended up removing all gelcoat so see the extent of the repair. Ground out probably 8000 spots and fill with Fiberglass mat. And fair out. Then we completely recovered the bottom with a Fiberglass skin and then gelcoat colour match strand fill and faired it out to mint OEM Conditions. Move stands and repeat steps Then 5 coats epoxy and then CSC Micron bottom paint one coat and she is heading home. 3 guys 2 months. Over 200 hours to repair.

Restoration on this double Eagle. New stringers,transom,floor.Also installed indoor outdoor carpet Decals was done on this sweet little boat. Rear tub was finished in the white as the blue would of made the rest not look well. Super happy Customer.

Ladysmith Dragon Boat Club. Asked us to paint there boat. Well that was the plan. When we striped her down we found out gelcoat was in very good shape under what came to the shop. We dried sanded her and wet sanded her. The polished it. Then we made the colour matched gelcoat. Did the repairs. And this came out beautiful. A total restoration.

Here we have a 2 year old boat with pastel colours which is beautiful. It needed repairs in the grey and the burgundy. The dealer ordered the burgundy but the problem was the boat has been in the sunlight and the sun has sucked the pigment out of the colour so the oem colour wouldn’t work. We added pigment of different colours to achieve the perfect match. There was also a large air void in the grey to repair This is also a 3 colour spray so in the end result it is finished the same as new and the transition to all 3 colours can’t be felt. We had to remove kleets fuel fill nozzle and rubber pads. And a complete masking of boat and 3 different masking during the spray of 3 colours to cover the colours that was sprayed to achieve the end goal. The end result a perfect colour match. #ParkerMarine

Remove windows and dash and repair broken cab window posts which travelled under the dash pad. Epoxy repair with 24 hour cure time because Fiberglass won’t hold and special fiber material for lay up. Multiple lay up’s for super strength. Had to release breaks in corners and hold into place till cured. Mask off cab a spot paint in 2 part paint system. Repair hood restraints. Super happy customer.

We have been hire to repair and restore repaint the Newcastle Ferry Boat. Completely strip it out and replace all stringers/ Bulks Heads / Redesign the inside. Pull Engine/ Driveline and Have her ready for Service March 1 2020

Remove roof structure and replace starboard side broken window. Repair window frame that was all puff up from salt water. Prime and paint with polyurethane. Move trim tabs out wards and replace with auto tabs and re wire. Install 10 subs and roof speakers and wire in fosegate amp. Sound was amazing. Repair multiple black gelcoat marks on boat. Have a custom fabricator come and add to oem braces to strengthen roof structure. Powder coat. Custom LED high power search light and custom aluminium brace made and mounted and wired in. Move tie down hooks outboard to miss trim tabs. Cut out Fiberglass were trim tabs are mounted and Fiberglass solid for solid trim plate mounts.
