I hope everyone is doing good under the circumstances. It’s been a tough week so far, without our workouts, and seeing everyone’s beautiful faces. I miss you guys so much already and am sure you all miss your fitness family as well! I’m going to be posting a tabata workout on YouTube tomorrow, but it will be private for Extreme Training members to access at no fee. I will need your email so I can send you the link. It’s not the same without the connection that we all have, but it’s something to keep us sane. Love you all and I’ll let you know when we get it done tomorrow. It’s a process, lol!!!

In light of the recent events concerning COVID-19 all classes will be cancelled indefinitely, and updates will be given as the situation progresses. Those who already paid class fees will be reimbursed or credited for all classes missed. The gym is a close quarters setting with high chances of transmission between our members, so we feel this is a necessary precaution to keep all our members safe and healthy. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you guys, and remember to eat healthy, get lots of rest, and stay active at home
