EFC President Steve Arshinoff took part in World Sight Day hosted from India, including doctors from all over the world. Dr. Arshinoff spoke about being recently awarded the Outstanding Humanitarian of the Year by the American Academy of Ophthalmology and spoke about 2 of his community efforts: EFC and the Ontario Mobile Medical Eye Care Unit. #worldsightday
