Dr. Ross' first patient today is really concerned about their dry eyes. We're used to helping dry eye patients but given Mr. Skellington doesn't appear to have eyes anymore, this may take some out of the box thinking. Happy Halloween everyone from the whole Eye Spy team!!!

You know what I always enjoyed on a slow day at school? Well, the best thing was when they rolled in the TV and you knew it was movie day but the NEXT best thing was when they handed out word searches. You read that right! We've been given the green light to open again for regular eye exams as well as the on call urgent and emergent care we've provided for the last six weeks. We can't wait to see you all again, although with a few changes. We're keeping our doors locked to control how many people are in the clinic at any time. When you arrive you can give us a call or even just knock and we'll let you in as soon as we can. If you can, we'd love for you to come alone to your... appointment. If you need someone to come with you, try to limit it to just one person to help us maintain social distancing. Speaking of social distancing, let's keep doing that! Our clinic has a lot of space to spread out so let's give a good two metres between people whenever possible. Everyone coming in needs to give their hands a good wash or use some hand sanitizer. We'll have that ready for you when you arrive so be sure to use it! While it's not yet required, we strongly encourage all of our patients to wear in a mask or other face covering. We know this isn't an option for everyone for various reasons but do your best! We've also taken steps to space out all of our appointments to make sure the exam rooms and everywhere else in the clinic are properly sanitized between patients. For those that need it, we are still providing curbside pickup, home delivery and shipping options for contacts, solution, drops and more!
