35+ year old boiler upgrade. The old raypack boiler finally sprung a leak. We installed 2 new bci boilers, an indirect hot water tank, and all new pumps. This new system is over 25% more efficient and added in 20 stages of variable heating(the old boiler had 1). The low loss header also has a magnetized strainer to keep debris from the old cast iron rads entering the new boilers(black box right of the boiler). Keep them running like new for years to come.

Glycol can become acidic if boiled when the pressure drops in a loop. We later had to re-pipe the entire building due to corrosion of the black iron pipe throughout the building.
