Three months of work...and many many hours of planning brought together this custom bedroom. The details are many...bringing the farm roots to the lake. Some of the notables are: -the costume book shelf-built out of a scaffolding the three Frey brothers would use to paint the farm building in the summer -closet handle from the original homestead house -custom made mirror and towel bar from horse harnesses from days gone by -CN lantern lighting... -reclaimed beams used for bed frames, tv/mantle space, trim -picture frames and tracking reclaimed from an old shop on the farm -deer antler toilet paper holder **side note** Mr. F2 not only designed and created this room, he decorated the space as well

Sometimes it just works These two pieces were built a few years a part. First the centre piece in the living room...the bench came later. It was built for a different place/use in the cabin. It was moved to this space a week ago to make room for some more creating/finishing....and as I was looking at it tonight, it’s the perfect match, the perfect fit!
