October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and our studio has teamed up with Brenley, the owner of @drip_fit and Drip Fit for a Cause. Drip Fit, a Canadian company based out of B.C, Brenley's mission is to bring more awareness to their products whilst helping others along the way. @f45_etobicokecentral shares these values. F45 and Drip Fit have taken part in multiple charity initiatives, this time, teaming up to raise awareness and money in support of Breast Cancer Research and... Funding. This Saturday, we are hosting 2 charity workouts in support of this cause: F45 Etobicoke Central is coaching an F45 Live Hollywood Class at 8:00am this Saturday, October 24 via Zoom lead by @matt_mejias and @jyaks F45 Mississauga is teaching an F45 Live Hollywood class at 10:30am this Saturday, October 24 via Zoom while going live with Drip Fit on Instagram.
