One of our missions when we started this studio was to be a part of the Guelph community and give back as much as we could. Although this year has brought about many unexpected changes, our priority to support the Guelph community still remains the same! This holiday season we are giving back through two very important charities: Hope House Guelph and The Children's Foundation of Guelph & Wellington.... We are collecting food and toy donations for Hope House Guelph to support their endea vours in providing immediate relief to the Guelph community. In addition to accepting donations at the gym, late and no-show fees we have collected will go towards The Children's Foundation of Guelph & Wellington's Adopt-A-Family program. When challenges are thrown our way, they only make us stronger

Our city has now entered into Ontario’s Orange Level. Here’s what that means for F45 Guelph Members (Don’t panic not much has changed!): We will continue to wear face coverings unless exercising Reservation is still necessary for entry... 3 meter spacing between all patrons A safety plan is available upon request Do not enter the facility if you have symptoms, travelled outside Canada in the past 14 days, or have been in contact with someone with who is sick or diagnosed with COVID-19, without personal protective equipment The goal of Ontario's Orange Level is to keep businesses and schools open and protect hospitals from going over capacity.
