Effective Nov 13th, we are temporarily closed (But We Will Return) due to the announcement by the Alberta Premier & Dr. Deena Hinshaw HOWEVER this does not mean your fitness takes time off! Remember, we are still in the middle of Challenge 29! Beginning tomorrow at 6:30AM, we are temporarily transitioning to F45 Live At-Home-Sessions! This is "Team Training" and our "Lives have certainly been Changing" but slightly modified for the time being... We have been wor...king hard to make the necessary adjustments to your membership as F45 Live will be half your regular membership. Here's what you need to know: 1. These classes will be held online via Zoom. 2. Everyone will receive an email with the Zoom link. 3. F45 Live classes will be held at: 6:30AM, 9:30AM and 5PM (for now), Monday to Friday 9:30AM Saturday & Sunday 4.
