HAPPY NEW YEAR! There wasn’t much to celebrate about 2020, but if you’re reading this - YOU MADE IT! 2020 was nothing if not an endurance test. Nothing is going to change magically overnight but hopefully we are on the right course. And that can be applied to fitness too. Don’t go making resolutions like I wanna lose 20 pounds for summer - make statements like I am going to get stronger this year or I am going to eat a bit better - it’s a marathon not a sprint, make exercise that you find enjoyable part of your life and it won’t feel like a punishment. So come hang with us at F45 and you’ll at least get cooler by association
