Hi Team! Starting January 4th we will be implementing a $20 no show fee, out of respect for members on the waitlist trying to get into classes. We hope everyone will be diligent in taking themselves out of classes at a reasonable time.... So remember - weekend and AMclasses require aminimum of 12-hournotice and evening classes 3 hour notice. No show/late cancellation fees will be charged by the end of each day. If you have a valid reason for not attending class or cancelling late, we ask that youemail usbefore the end of the day.We will not be considering text, Instagram or Facebook messages. We hope that everyone continues to work together and be mindful of others. Thanks for working with us to ensure that everyone has equal opportunity to attain their fitness goals!

We have been fully approved by Fraser Health to continue to operate!! Swipe to see some of the additional guidelines we have implimented as requested by Fraser Health -> Masks are mandatory upon entry, exit and anytime you are outside of your designated station.... Individual workouts spaces have been expanded beyond 2 meters, to ensure members are far from one another no matter the workout they choose. Sessions have been reduced to 12 people per time slot. With fewer spots in time slots resulting in waitlists, we are asking you cancel your bookings well in advance if you cannot attend. With reduced capacity we will not be offering free trials for the time being. If you are interested in becoming a member, DM or email us to get on the waitlist! New week new goals team!! We just want to take a moment to review some of our newer guidelines as we head into this week: All members must wear masks when entering and exiting the studio. ... Exit out the back doors of the studio after your workout. Do not move outside of your designated station while working out, if you need assistance with additional weights ask a supervisor for help We will see you in the studio this week! Keep it up team!

With some adjustments and adaptations we are able to stay open with new restrictions announced by public health authority today! We will be adapting our program by removing high intensity aspects or workouts and cardio. Instead we will be running individual, resistance workouts 7 days a week on our usual schedule. We are asking that members wear a mask into the studio and when exiting the studio. You do not have to wear a mask while working out in your individual station. ... We will provide you with more details including cardio options and studio operational adjustments soon. Thank you as always for your continued support!
