By order of Dr. Bonnie Henry and BC Health Authorities all indoor group fitness studios are ordered to shut down until Monday, November 23rd @ noon. Sadly we must close our doors for these two weeks or until we are approved to open based on our studio heath & safety guidelines. We will work tirelessly to get guidelines approved so we can re-open as fast as we can. We are immediately cancelling in studio classes and will be moving classes online. Also if the weather plays in... our favor we will hold classes outside as options if we are indeed required to shut down for the full two weeks. Our F45 Challenge app will also be available for on demand cardio and resistance based workouts. We ask for your patience as we work through the operations around this. We have an amazing community of members & staff and we feel all of the love and support that has come our way since the announcement. We will survive this temporary shut down together! On Saturday August 15, we're fundraising for Ally Global Foundation, a Vancouver-based charity, to support women and children who have been rescued from human trafficking. Ally works with local partners in Nepal, Laos and Cambodia to provide safe homes and education to help survivors find healing.
