Fabricana will be participating in a Christmas Charity Sewing Drive this November for our local Ryan's Case for Smiles. Drop off your newly sewn, Winter themed pillow cases at our Richmond or Coquitlam stores to help brighten the season for a child in Hospital. Drop off between Nov 7th - Nov 25th. All donations will be sent to hospitals in the Greater Lower Mainland during December. Many sewists have been putting their amazing skills towards making masks this year, and the pi...llowcase donation program has unfortunately received fewer donations. But we can still donate wonderfully festive pillow cases to bring joy and comfort to these kids. Only pillowcases made of new, prewashed fabric can be donated at this time (no recycled fabrics please). Please read the guidelines and important restrictions on our website before donating. Thanksgiving is a little different this year and we hope everyone is staying healthy and happy at home this long weekend. Fabricana is sorry to announce that at this time we are unable to hold our Thanksgiving Day sale. This means fabrics, interfacing, and notions will not be on sale over the long weekend. However, we will still be open over the weekend and open from 11 am to 5 pm on Monday October 12th. We do have some great news for shoppers though! We are looking to hire full-time or part-time greeters to help at our Richmond store. No experience necessary. No sewing or fabric knowledge required.
