Fabulash policies and FAQ - If you have to cancel, please allow 24 hours notice - If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no show and will have to reschedule. I am often booked back to back and it is unfair to the next client if you show up late and run into their appointment... - If you do not provide 24 hours notice, or no show, at my discretion you may be asked to pay a 50% non refundable deposit to book your next appointment - Always try and pre book your next appointment before leaving. If you do not pre book and have less then 30% of your extensions remaining by the time I can get you in, it will be considered a full set, and you will be charged accordingly - Please do not bring Infants/toddlers/children to your appointment, your eyes do have to remain closed the entire time. FAQ How much are fills? - Fills range from $55-$110 How often are fills needed? - Fills are needed every 2-3 weeks Do you have different lengths and curls? - Yes! I carry a wide range of curls, thicknesses and lengths. What are the extensions made of and how are they applied? - The extensions are made of synthetic silk or mink fibers. I apply 1 classic extension to 1 natural lash or a 2-15D fan on 1 natural lash. How long does it take? - a full application can take up to 3 hours. Are they difficult to maintain? - Not at all! For 24-48 hours after application, avoid getting your lashes wet. Also avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, hot yoga etc during this time. - Avoid using any oil based products on or around your eye area, as the oil will break down the adhesive. - Do not touch, tug or pull at your extensions. And try not to sleep on them. - Be careful around products that give off heat and steam, such as ovens, bbqs, fires, straighteners, hair dryer etc. Do I need to do anything prior to the appointment? - Remove any eye make up with an oil free cleanser - Remove contact lenses Where are you located and do you offer mobile appointments? - Okotoks and no, I am no longer offering mobile appointments How old do you have to be? - 16 years and up. Please note, if you are under 18 you will require a parent or guardian to sign the form when I am present. What forms of payment do you take? - I take cash, debit or all major credit cards. Please make sure your phone is turned off and be ready to take a nap :)
