Cover illustration and brochure layout for the BC Beer Awards. Not only did I get to illustrate a new cover but I also get to enjoy the festivities...I’m looking forward to sampling some of the Brewers Challenge Fresh Hop beers.

Here’s a look at the latest beer Factor designed for Small Block Brewery RyeCycled Dry Hopped IPA. A mix of grease, blood, sweat & breadthis beer is brewed by upcycling unused rye bread! Time to hop in the side car and hit the road.

Good times being had at Lighthouse Brewing Company 20th Anniversary!

Deep sea creatures and ice cold beer go together like; well, hops and barley. For Lighthouse Brewing Company's 20th Anniversary they crafted a New World Belgian Witbier, packaged it in a 473mL tall can and had Factor do the artwork. The illustration is of a kraken reaching up out of the depths and dragging down the Lighthouse 20th Anniversary logo. Details on the kraken have been hit with a spot gloss to add depth to the imagery. Inks on the can were printed transparent to get a metallic sheen from the can with spot white used in key areas to punch up the tentacle details and copy.

Small Block grand opening is rocking. Beer gardens, food trucks, dunk tank and Stillhead Distillery is pouring too...tours and general mayhem.
