UPDATE: FACTS will be having a "soft-reopening" starting early to mid-June! We have been working hard on our new Policies & Procedures to respect the Provincial Governments "Restart Plan" and to get our staff and clients back into the "new normal." Unfortunately these kind of things do not happen over night, but we can guarantee our efforts have been made and we will continue to perfect.... Some changes you may see will be the implementation of: -Social distancing if and when applicable in the classroom -Mandatory masks where social distancing is not an option -Designated bathrooms -Mandatory glove use -Designated training spaces -Multiple Sanitizing Stations placed around our facilities -Minimal class sizes ...and much more that will be explained prior and to arrival. Please check our online calendars for our summer schedule and our online registration page for course bookings! We will periodically be in the office to attend to EMAILS while we work to have all safety measures put in place! Sadly, it doesn't look like we will be able to open our doors for the month of May. It is important for our clients to stay safe at this time. Please refrain from any online registrations until the month of June/July. Please note, if there are any cancellations of courses, we will be giving students credits for further dates when restrictions have been lifted. We appreciate everyone's understanding during these difficult times and ask everyone to stay safe!

Dear Valued Customers, In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, we will be shutting our doors and cancelling courses until further notice. We will be taking bookings for any scheduled courses from May 1st on in hopes of positive change with the current situation. We will be sure to keep our clients updated once we are given more information, but unfortunately this closure could likely continue 3-4 weeks or longer. Paid clients will be first priority to be re-booked once ...we are given the go-ahead to open our doors. Canadian Red Cross and WorkSafeBC has implemented certification extensions for 3 months. Please be mindful that we are one of the most high-contact/person to person businesses which would make it impossible to operate during government mandated social-distancing laws in effect . To avoid a $25,000 fine and maintain the safety of our clients and staff, we have to comply with this closure. No refunds will be issued at this time, as no other agencies should be in operation. We will accommodate anyone who was scheduled from March 21st on, as first priorities. We hope that everyone understands our reasoning, and to stay safe during these times.
