Helps improve posture & balance Strengthens and stretches the spine and neck Stretches the hips, abdomen & back... Massages and stimulates organs in the belly Relieves stress and calms the mind. . Try cat-cow with your little ones today! Start in table top position. As you inhale, come into cow pose. Press your chest forward and sink your belly towards the ground. Lift your head and relax your shoulders. As you exhale come into cat pose. Round your spine and release your head towards the ground.
