Here's a whizzy update to a 70's home, a storage/ display unit made with a painted maple cabinet and soft grey glaze. The soft LED central light showcases some heritage pieces the client wishes to highlight. A great update from wall panelling and datestamped oak!

It's always humbling to see the craftsmanship of days gone by. Lougheed house, in downtown Calgary, built in 1891, showcases period woodwork and design. I always think of the hands that crafted these pieces and wonder...

Now isn't this a beauty! Lot's of great looks here, a grey glazed feel atop the cloud white base, complimented with a great Chelsea grey island and capped with colacatta marble and soapstone countertops. The lighting accent piece is a wonderful, warm tie-in to this great entertainment and functionality centerpiece!
