Scotch Bonnet peppers. About the same heat as a Habanero but a more pronounced fruity flavour. We use these in our UnBelizeable hot sauce but these last 14 cups will go into a special Cranberry-Scotch Bonnet Pepper jelly for sale through the winter markets.

We are absolutely thrilled that we have been selected to be a part of this wonderful market. This is one of our biggest markets of the year and for 2020, it will be our ONLY market. Mark your calendars! It will be held in the Cottonwood Mall in Chilliwack from Thurs Nov 19 - Sunday Nov 22nd during mall hours. We will have our full coffee and hot sauce line-ups. We've added many jellies and jams this year as well as Cowboy Candy (candied peppers) and pickled Jalapenos.... If you don't feel comfortable venturing to the mall we do local delivery and curbside pick up. I'm always happy to mail our product anywhere as well. We are looking to forward to seeing our customers soon! #hotsauce #FairfieldIslandFresh #chilliwack #spicy #cowboycandy #shoplocal #christmas #christmasshopping #easygifts #coffee #peppers #pepperjelly #christmasmarket

SAUCE NAMING CONTEST The winner is "Ghost Rider" by Sherry Conteh! Thank you everyone for all of the awesome and creative ideas! -------... We made a limited edition Ghost pepper sauce today. We used yellow, red, and orange ghosts. Blended with onions and garlic and seasoned with cumin and tumeric. Oh and it's stinking hot! We are stumped on what to call this one. Got any ideas? The person to come up with the best name will win a bottle of this sauce and a Choke-Cherry Bomb jelly. Please tag a friend or two and share far and wide. Thank you! #FairfieldIslandFresh #GhostPeppers #Chilliwack #EatLocal #Spicy #HotSauce

'The Spicy Bee' hot sauce, made with raw honey from our bees, yellow ghost peppers, onions, garlic, and lemon juice. Awesome on wings, fried foods, ham, pizza, or in stir fries.

Time to make some 'Mexicana Verde' hot sauce. Fresh green serrano and jalapeño peppers from the garden, blended with our garlic, onions, and cilantro and finished with some lime juice and cumin.

Ghost peppers! Also known as Bhut Jolokia At one time it was the world's hottest pepper.... It is the prime pepper used in our "Kick your Bhut" hot sauce, that we are making today. We add a few scorpion peppers to the mix along with a couple apples from the orchard, and a few herbs to add some complexity to the heat. This is one of our top 4 for heat.

We've been keeping busy making all sorts of jellies! Tonight I used choke cherry juice from my Aunt and Uncle's place in Alberta to make our Choke Cherry Bomb jelly. Sweet and spicy using red serranos. #FairfieldIslandFresh #pepperjelly #shoplocal #Chilliwack #serranos
