New Bike Skills Webinar Announcement: We are very pleased to announce we're hosting a presentation on inclusion in cycling, one week from today. We'll look at the importance of accessibility in recreation to allow all folks to fully participate in sport and art, and feature three guests discussing the work that they are involved in. Dr. Kay Inckle will discuss her research on disability and sports, and explore some of the impacts of cycling for people with physical disabiliti...es, including mental and physical health, and some of the barriers to cycling that disabled people encounter. Christopher Rajala, a software developer who works with Uvic and other local organizations, will discuss his work finding technological solutions to barriers that people with disabilities face. Kristi Owens from Cycling Without Age, a volunteer program which takes seniors for free bicycle rides, will discuss her organizations role in making cycling more inclusive. LOooOoONNG WEEEKENDD!! We will be closed on Sun & Mon May (17th/18th) (as per usual) but also Tues May 19th. This is so that our hard-working staff can have a long weekend too! Happy Victoria Day :)

WE ARE OPEN DURING COVID TIMES WITH CHANGES Our store is open, with a limited number of customers inside at one time. Social distancing is practised and bikes are cleaned with alcohol. You do not need to make an appointment to shop during regular business hours.... Flats are first-come-first-serve, and usually completed same day. A waiting list for tune-ups and repairs is being taken. Give us a call and we can add you to the list. Due to reduced staffing, we have shortened our work week. Weekday hours remain 9:00am to 5:30pm with Saturday hours 9:00 to 5:00pm, but we are closed Sundays and Mondays. We will do everything we can to keep you riding!
