Today is National cat day and we wanted to share a very special story with you! This kitten is called Duncan and he and his siblings were rescued by a very special lady who operates For the Love of Ferals. The kittens were born in a garage and the family who owned their mother did not want them. All the local shelters were full to capacity and could not help. The family contacted For the Love of Ferals as a last resort. When the kittens were taken in to care, poor Duncan ...was running a fever and was walking in circles with a tilted head. We were worried he wouldn't be able to eat, and he certainly couldn't keep up with his siblings pushing their way into the food bowls. After just two days of supplemental feeding and medications for an infection, Duncan is feeling much better, walking straight again and is now reunited with his siblings! Please see the videos in the comments to see how much Duncan has improved! Happy #nationalcatday See more

Let's all give Dotty our best wishes for a speedy recovery! Dotty had corrective knee surgery yesterday with our referral orthopedic specialist, Dr. Nick Parker. Her mom is fully on board and equipped to provide post operative care until Dotty is back on her feet again.

We have a new friend staying at the office for a few days. Tanya was found as a stray and is being fostered at the clinic for a bit. She is very friendly and we're enjoying having her to keep us company while we socially isolate.

This handsome young man stopped into the office today. He is young, full of energy and looking for a home who can keep up with him. Sadly, his current foster home can't keep him much longer. If you are looking for an active, young, large breed dog please give us a call and we can help arrange a meeting.
