Covid-19 Due to the Covid-19 please be advised that Fairmont Sports Physiotherapy Clinic is following the guidelines as outlined by health Canada. In an effort to reduce risk It is recommended not to attend for physio if you have been exposed to the virus, been sick lately especially with colds and flu’s, or if you have respiratory or immune disorders. GETTING FIT FOR GOLF. Fairmont Physiotherapy offers one on one physical testing and evaluation of the key muscle and joint functions pertaining to the dynamics of swinging a golf club. Focus will be on upper and lower limb strength and mobility, rotational ability of the spine, foot balance, head and neck stability, core strength and evaluating any weakness or imbalances between right and left sides of the body.
