The sole purpose of this page is to educate Canadians to the impact of poorly planned mortgage rule changes on the Canadian economy. Based on what we have seen from all of the parties, we believe that in this area, the Conservative Party of Canada offers the best chance of bringing back common sense to Home Financing including 30 year amortizations, Realistic Stress tests only for New borrowers, and less red tape in municipal governments to speed up the development process.
