Fair Weather Love Band

Well, the Fair Weather Love Band is still in hibernation but is also still eager to get back on stage. Everyone is hoping that life gets back to at least near-normal soon ... back to good friends ... back to wild and crazy dancing ... and back to LIVE MUSIC in great venues. The Band wishes everyone a Merry Christmas, the best of your festive holiday, and a great 2021. We won't be celebrating New Year's Eve at the MCC this year, but we'll all be there in spirit partying with... you! We do have some good news to share. Actually, it's GREAT NEWS! We are all delighted to tell you that our own, Suzie Carlson (aka Suzanne Carlson) has just heard that her recently released single, A RIVER, will hit the airwaves very shortly. Tune in to 88.7 FM, also known as "The River Radio", based in the Town of Mount Forest. You'll be able to hear Suzie's single on their broadcasts. Be sure to listen for A RIVER on 88.7 FM. Congrats Suz!!

It may be April Fool's Day, but unfortunately, nothing that is going on right now is funny. Fair Weather Love hopes that all its friends are well and encourages EVERYONE to be safe and stay home whenever possible. Clearly, virtually every part of our lives is being affected by Covid-19 and FWL is no exception. As a 10-piece band, some might say we would be illegal if were to even get together to do our thang! As time rolls by, more and more live events are postponed / cancelled and performance opportunities for all musicians, including FWL, disappear from the calendar. This too will pass and when it does, it will be time to party and celebrate! Fair Weather Love will be waiting to hear from you for an invite to be a part of your celebration. Cheers to you all!

Fair Weather Love is taking a 3-month winter hiatus. Most of us are hard at work getting new tunes ready while others are working on their tan on the beach. The plan is to hit the stage again in the spring and we'll let you know as plans firm up. If you or your organization are planning an event or fundraiser in 2020 and would like FWL to be a part of it, just let us know. For now ... here's just a litlle bit of New Year's Eve at the MCC in Midland. Enjoy!

Happy New Year to all our Facebook Friends. The band had a blast ringing in 2020 with so many of you at the MCC last night. The room was packed and full of dancing fools, great peeps and a hole lotta fun! If you weren't able to be there ... you were missed and we look forward to seeing you soon. If you were there, we hope you enjoyed the music and had a great time with friends. If you come across any pics from the party that you'd be willing to share with FWL, please message us.
