February 16th we reopen for regular appointments! Please be patient, it will take me awhile to get back to and to book everyone. I will also face a challenge when rebooking everyone. Last shut down I was able to work 6days a week 10hrs a day to fit everyone back in. I am significantly more pregnant this time than I was then so its going to take me longer and I will be booked out further. Thank you for being kind, patient, and understanding during this process. Update! These are examples of the condition of pups I am accepting this week. Badly matted coat and nails that are being walked on/curling to the pad. If your pup is in this condition send me a picture and I'll try to get them in this week. If your dog is shaggy dont fear, news of reopening is coming next week. If you had your appointment canceled because of the lockdown or have reached out during lockdown you are on a list and will be contacted when I can reopen fully. If you haven't but will be needing an appointment in March let me know and I'll add you to the list. When the news of reopening comes I WILL CALL YOU. I've been buried in messages all week and can't imagine doing it all again next week so please be patient.

The province has allowed groomers to start seeing emergency cases for grooming. I am currently waiting on a reply from by-law to find out if I get to make that decision professionally or if it will require the decision to be made by a vet. I will update you all as soon as I know. In either case this will be for extreme cases, if you are a client and believe your pet falls under that description you're welcome to reach out so I can direct you on how to proceed as soon as I know.
