2019 has been really hard for so many of us. It's not easy to #speaklife & #bepositive when your begging for a moment just to "Be". People asking me how to cope when I barely come up for air myself.... Sometimes I: say a quick to the point prayer, tell @Google to play my fav song, play a game of #candy crush, ... look for answers in my #bible app, go out for a bubble tea, Write in my journal, Listen to @joycemeyer on @youtube or @pureflix, play with my baby, Or hug the crap out of him & tell him I love him.... I don't have any ELOQUENT answers, just my #TRUTH. Allow yourself moments to just "BE". It's in those moments you will be reminded of how grateful & #blessed you are.
