So many of us are noticing signs of cognitive decline - brain fog, anxiety for no reason, forgetting what we came into a room for, forgetting names more easily, the inability to concentrate for long, and the list goes on... We chalk these things up to "getting older", laughing them off as "senior moments", as if it's an inevitable part of ageing. But it isn't - it really isn't. It's just a sign of the growing epidemic that is Alzheimer's and other neuro-degenerative condition...s (Parkinson's, depression, ADHD, and more). I'm deeply concerned about this. I'm also full of hope. Why? Because there is so much we can do to prevent cognitive decline and neuro-degeneration, AND to reverse symptoms once they've begun.
