Continue to support local food with take out or delivery, please check our website https://falconglen.ca INGREDIENTS: 1 cups (300 ml) all-purpose flour cup (175 ml) whole wheat flour 2 tbsp (30 ml) granulated sugar 1 tbsp (15 ml) baking powder 1 tsp (5 ml) salt tsp (2 ml) ground cinnamon 2 large eggs, lightly beaten 2 cups (500 ml) milk 1 tsp (5 ml) pure vanilla extract cup (125 ml) unsalted butter 1 cup (250 ml) Falconglen frozen organic blueberries zest of orange (optional) cup (125 ml) sunflower seeds METHOD: 1 Put both flours, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Gradually whisk the eggs, milk and vanilla into the melted butter. Stir into dry ingredients until mixture resembles a smooth batter. Carefully fold in blueberries, orange zest, and sunflower seeds. 2 Lightly coat waffle plates with non-stick cooking spray. Set temperature to 400F (200C).
