You will need a fairly heavy db = dumbell or other weight for this wod. Use the same weight for all the movements. EMOM = every minute on the minute for 15 minutes. Rest the time when your finished till the next minute starts. ... Take your time on the finisher. You can increase or decrease the reps. No need to hurry.
