Survivors log: 02/25/21 . V-Box Flow. Here is an excellent basic drill for dual weild practice. With the V-box flow you will develop confidence, coordination... and capability to move both Maces in front of you in a synchronized arc. It is a fairly simple adaptation of lateral lunge and cross back step. You may choose to try the landmarks with one hand. I suggest holding one hand behind your back if you do. . The goals are: . To develop control of the tail arc of the Mace from as far up the handle as possible. . To end the movements with the tails as close to parallel as possible while maintaining the lines. The Angles should close to 45 and mirror the Iast landmarks angle, making 2 V's. One foot stays planted so the V will remain in a box. Hitting the same corners each time. . I encourage you to try. I encourage you to try this but begin with nothing in your hands until you are confident. Then use light clubs f you have them. Be safe. . This is a pattern in one of the hardest flows I've created. The whole flow is part of a series of flows I created in the last summer.
