Dolls have a very long history. People have been creating images, or sculptures, of human images since the stone age! There is magic in creating a doll in that you start out with pieces of materials but through those separate pieces becoming whole, we can work out our own stories through the doll. Although they seem simple or childlike, dolls can be more then toys, they are sacred images/objects. There is no right or wrong way to make a doll so come and explore doll making! Let’s get creative! Register online at https://www.famcentre.ca/program/ or call 403.320.4232. Materials provided! No experience required! #yqlfamilies #lethbridge #cityoflethbridge #adultprogramming #creativity #artyql #dollmaking #letsgetcreative
