Hello everyone, This is a hard post to write as today marks the last day of the Family Connections Parent Link Center and all the amazing work that the staff did. As of tomorrow the www.weconnectyou.ca website will be shut down, and none of the staff emails will work any longer. If you have a pressing need or would like to speak to someone from the centre I can still be reached at my email, [email protected], for the next few months.I wanted to personally thank you a...ll for your support over the years, especially in the last few months, and tell you from the bottom of my heart that the staff of the Parent Link Centre, myself included, felt privileged to have been even a small part of your lives. we wish everyone health and happiness in the future. Hello Everyone, Earlier this week the World Health Organisation declared the COVID-19 a Global pandemic. After many conversations as a staff team, and as a facility we have reached the tough decision to cancel all remaining PLC programs, including our Goodbye Potluck and the Just For Moms good bye. This is not something that we do lightly, but feel it is in the best interest of all the families and partners that we work with. ... Staff will continue to be in the office and available via phone or email, until the end of next week, if you have questions, or concerns We want to thank everyone for their kinds words, their support, their belief in our team and the work that they have done over the years. We are looking forward to seeing what the future holds, and hope that we will see you all again!

Good Afternoon It is with heavy hearts that we are announcing the permanent closure of both the Family Connections Parent Link Centre and the North Central Family Support Program. Despite our best efforts to acquire funding under the new Family Resource Networks structure, our bid was unsuccessful. Programs for our families will continue to take place until March 21, 2020, and the centre will be closed to the public effective from March 22 March 31, 2020 as we shut down. ...We want to thank everyone again for their love and support. At this time we do not know what agency will be providing programs for families in North Central Calgary, but will share that information with you when we find out. Tomorrow will be our Last Mommy2Be/New Mom program from 10 - 12pm. This program may return in May depending on funding.
